Alley grew up in Houston and comes from a Spanish and Filipino background. At school, Alley was an active member of her grade and participated in track, basketball, cheerleading, and the dance team. Alley's original aim was to be a traditional model, but at only 5'2" in height, nobody wanted to give her a chance. Glamour photographer Harvey Butts couldn't wait to get her in front of the camera, and that was the start of a career that has been little short of stellar. Her first photos appeared on the cover of Playboy's 1995 Book of Lingerie and since then she has appeared on at least twelve other Playboy covers as well as spreads in Playboy Special Editions. She also has appeared in at least three different British magazines. Alley has also appeared numerous times on television and there is even an action figure of her.
