Francine was born in Hong Kong, and, as you can see, she has an interesting mix of Chinese and Filipino. When she was three months old the family moved to the Philipines, and in 1983, they moved to California. Francine attended Catholic schools throughout her early years, and she suggests that that helped her develop a rebellious streak that ultimately led her into glamour modeling. She started with calendar work and gradually moved into posters and straight glamour work. While she was modeling, Francine was also attending college, but modeling became more and more attractive and now she is known across California -- and right across America -- for her photoshoots that involve imported cars.
